• All ITEMS are NEW unless stated as USED.

All used items are in good condition

• Some of our CD's are manufacturer (labels) "Cut Outs". "Cut Outs" are when the manufacturer discontinues an item from their catalog or is reducing its overstocks. They have cut marks or drill holes in the CD or CASS cases & LP jackets OR ETCHED marks in the UPC code area. "Cut Outs" become "Out of Print" titles and many titles are only available as a "Cut Out" item. Please specify in the comments section of the order if you do not want a "Cut Out".
• Many of our CDs are imports.  Some are LIVE & some STUDIO
• Many of the OUT OF PRINT titles are in limited quantity.
